Delegation

Leaders,  with mixed emotions, often see both sides of every issue.  This is one of the attributes that Installs them as leaders in the first place.

The burden becomes weighing each perspective and forming a plan based on the perceptions of the stakeholders. When implementing the plans, leaders must often invite others to share by requesting they participate.

Seldom will a follower take the initiative and step forward on their own accord.  Potential leaders will however do their part and fulfill a portion of the task.

As leaders, how much do we invite or allow others to play along, participate and exercise their own leadership potential?  Or do we micro-manage?
